Tri-Valley League Dual Meet
- Lowest score wins.
- The place you finish is the number of points you score (1st = 1 pt, 2nd = 2pts)
- Top five finishers score team places
- 6th and 7th runners can displace other team runners. If Holliston 6th place runner beats opposing team 5th runner, then other team gets more points.
- 10 runners compete in Varsity races. Runners 8-10 do not score or place (Run for a PR, help out team!) for dual meets
- Finishing 1-2-3 guarantees victory.
- Tie goes to team with first 6th place finisher
State Meets and Invitationals
- Same scoring as dual meet, but more teams. 6-40 teams on the line at one time.
- Lowest score wins.
